The name of the Zen Chi Massger has an interesting historic meaning. Zen is derived from the Chinese word ‘CHAN’ which means meditation, arriving from China in the 12th Century. CHI, also Chinese, relates to life force energy.

All it takes is just fifteen minutes morning and night and you’ll begin to experience the truly amazing potential of the Zen Chi Massager.

This massager is unique. It sends a movement through the entire body, unlike acupuncture or direct massage that work on the body’s meridian points.


Once you have placed your feet and switched on the Zen Chi Massager, it begins to rock your feet gently from side to side, sending energy from the ankles up through the whole body.

In fact lying with your feet in an elevated position can help relieve the symptoms of many painful ailments such as varicose veins, poor circulation, back aches and stiffness in the joints. That’s how the Zen Chi Massager works!

Simple to use
Place your Zen Chi massager somewhere quiet and comfortable, where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure it is on a hard, flat surface, a mattress is not suitable.

Relax fully, allowing yourself at least ten minutes to ensure that your body is rested and your mind is clear of the day’s clutter. Lie down, centre your body with the handle towards you and lie your legs in the ankle rests. Set the timer to the desired length of exercise time and the Zen Chi’s rhythmic motion will begin to move up your entire body.

We also recommend that you drink approximately 150ml of water before starting.

Begin slowly - a five minute session is all you need at first.

People in less than average health should do no more than three minutes in their first session. Stop immediately if any discomfort is felt! Almost at once you’ll begin to feel the pulsating energy moving its way up your body.

Once the session is finished, it is important to remain lying down for at least five more minutes. During this time you may feel a surge of energy and followed by an overwhelming sensation of calm and relaxation.

Slowly over time, as your fitness increases, you can build up your daily use. Please note two fifteen minute sessions per day is the maximum recommendation.
