• First we start with a fiberglass panel with embedded copper strips -
There are NO WIRES used in the construction of the CarbonTech panels
• On top of the base panel a layer of Ultra-Conductive carbon material is laid and baked on, this is to ensure an even spread of Far Infrared Heat. Prior to laying the panels, they are passed through a special machine for a rigorous cleaning process to maintain the integrity of the carbon - to our knowledge NO OTHER company protects the integrity of their carbon panels by using this method
• A fiberglass panel is then placed on top and laminated to effectively “sandwich” the carbon, further protecting the carbon material. CarbonTech™ panels use the thickest layers of fiberglass on the market, so our panels don't flex or bend like some other manufacturers' panels, AND are 100% NON-TOXIC.
• In the last step, the CarbonTech™ panel is fitted with a protective fabric cover for the safety of your family or clients as it does get hot to the touch. We use a 100% NON-TOXIC long lasting lab tape.

Healthstart™ are 100% committed to providing superior quality products.
Our manufacturing facility rigorously tests every sauna to meet the very
high standards WE DEMAND. Our Managing Director, Shane Carrol ALSO inspects
EVERY unit at our factory prior to loading. ALL units are also inspected
by an electrical safety board inspector before loading into the shipping
containers.
We are the only Sauna Company to do this.
ALSO, each unit is inspected at our warehouse prior to dispatch to your home or business. That's a minimum of 3 times that each unit we sell is inspected. Shane is notorious for detail and is involved in ALL aspects of research, design and product development, so if any problems arise, they are rectified PRIOR to production.
Unlike other manufacturers who are just an assembly plant and outsource.
